作法
K9 M" e& w) ~. M. z) m3 ]1粉絲浸軟,擠乾水備用 Soak glass vermicelli until tender. Squeeze dry.- d7 t) E. c+ h
2指天椒切碎 Chop pepper.' U2 [( j2 i# _/ Q
3肥牛片大火爆炒至7成熟,盛起備用 Stir beef slices until tender. Set aside.
& t( h+ \4 E" |, n) j# r& u0 _! b4原鍋爆香薑蓉、乾葱蓉、蒜蓉及指天椒 Stir fry minced ginger, shallot, garlic and chopped pepper.; s% E0 A; U$ F7 [
5下沙爹醬炒香 Add satay paste and stir fry until fragrant.
1 X# o" Y2 U8 ]) h% j6加水及生粉水煮至濃稠 Add water and starch solution until the soup is thickened.
